How to make Reishi Tea
1. Boil the Water:
• With one piece of Reishi, add 1-2 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil.
2. Simmer or Steep the Mushroom:
• Add the Reishi to the boiling water.
• Simmer or steep for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
3. Strain the Tea:
