Fresh Mushrooms

Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items.


Other Mushroom-Related Products

We accept returns for unopened, non-perishable mushroom-related products (e.g., powders, teas, and dried mushrooms) under the following conditions:

1. Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase.

2. Condition: Products must be unopened and in their original packaging. Opened or tampered products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation must be provided.


How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us and email to mushrooms@moshruums.com with your order details and reason for return. Approved returns will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
