Fresh Mushrooms (Produce)

Due to the perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, we do not accept returns or issue refunds on fresh produce items.

We recommend consuming fresh mushrooms within one week of purchase for the best quality and experience.

Merchandise Products

We accept returns on eligible unopened shelf-stable products, including mushroom blends, teas, and seasonings, under the following conditions:

Return Eligibility

  1. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery or purchase.
  2. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  3. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For health and safety reasons, opened or tampered products are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed after returned items are received and inspected.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
